PUBLICATIONS
Over the years, 
Monumenta Orientalia has collected and produced a considerable amount of documentation concerning the archaeological interventions carried out in this territory. Monumenta Orientalia’s publications consist in both scientific works, where the results of the archaeological research are reported, and divulgative works, where the research data are presented to a more general public. Part of this documentation is also composed of a large amount of “raw” data such as cards, catalogs, layouts, photos, inventories, reports, presentations etc.. As many of these data, the so-called “gray literature”, often remain unpublished and not reused in other research, the aim of this archive is to create a virtual place, but as real as possible, which is both a data repository and a new work tool for those interested in the work done by Monumenta Orientalia.
